Who designs the jewelry?
Our fine jewelry is designed by founder Annmarie D'Ercole and handcrafted in 14kt gold and sterling silver with natural and lab-grown diamonds and colored gemstones. The boutique also carries established designer apparel brands, including MOTHER, FRAME and L'AGENCE.

PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Checkout is securely processed by Shopify, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment platform, using encrypted connections.
SALES TAX
Sales tax of 9% will be added to all sales shipping to a California postal code.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Most jewelry and clothing orders ship within 2–3 business days. If noted, some jewelry items are made to order and will ship within 4 weeks of purchase. Because our jewelry is handcrafted, there may occasionally be delays in production. We ship US Postal Service Priority Mail at a flat rate. Orders that total over $300 USD ship FREE.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Due to the custom nature of our products, all jewelry items are final sale and cannot be returned. If you would like to make a clothing return, please contact us directly. Customer is responsible for return shipping. All sale clothing purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return. If you have any questions before you purchase, please email customerservice@shopannmarie.com or call 858-436-7032. We would be happy to assist you with your order.
MATERIALS
Annmarie D'Ercole jewelry is designed and handcrafted at our studio located in Los Angeles, California. Each piece is handcrafted using the best materials, and although we make every effort to ensure the colors and sizes are accurate, there may be slight variations due to the handmade nature of the materials.
REPAIRS
We will repair items purchased through shopannmarie.com within 30 days of purchase if eligible. Annmarie D'Ercole Jewelry is not responsible for shipping charges on repair items. We recommend shipping items with a trackable carrier, as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit. Please contact us first for repair authorization at customerservice@shopannmarie.com.
